Don’t train in pieces if you expect to move as a whole.

The body is a marvelous machine…a chemical laboratory, a powerhouse. Every movement, voluntary or involuntary, full of secrets and marvels.
What if there is no ‘easier’ and there is only ‘less movement’?

Control – inner control – is complete coordination of body and mind. I can say it in words but it won’t mean anything. You must do it to understand.
