What is Functional Pilates?
In essence, Functional Pilates is Pilates with a purpose. This unique approach teaches exercise as complete movements, rather than as pieces of movement, to promote optimal movement patterns for life.
Our program incorporates a selection of exercises specifically chosen for each client’s needs and goals. A variety of Pilates apparatus are used to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture, while enhancing overall body awareness.
All sessions are safe and effective for every body, and include individualized modifications for the most beneficial movement experience for all participants.
