It was through her own recovery from serious injuries resulting from a car accident that Holly discovered the rehabilitative power of Pilates and functional movement. Her collaborative approach with other Practitioners ensures the highest level of care for all clients.
Holly carries a Mastery Level Accreditation as a Certified Movement & Rehabilitation Specialist, as well as being Teacher Training Faculty in California for Body Harmonics®, an Internationally-recognized Pilates & Movement Institute that specializes in Pilates as a rehabilitative method. In addition, Holly is committed to the advancement of Pilates as a rehabilitative therapy, and is the primary author of research studies focusing on the use of Pilates as a Therapeutic treatment modality.
