We value our teachers like we value each student we serve. As staff teachers (rather than Independent Contractors), we work cohesively and collaboratively together as a team to provide you with exceptional care, and we are dedicated to helping you feel your best at the end of each session.
Every one of our talented Teachers is trained and mentored by Holly Wallis (our Owner, Director of Education, and Master Teacher), and each member of our team possesses extensive knowledge in Functional Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Post-Rehabilitative protocols so that we are well-equipped to always meet your movement needs.
We invite you to get to know every member of our deeply caring and experienced teaching staff.
Below, you’ll find out more about each of us, how we discovered teaching, and what our clients have to say about working with us.

Holly Wallis, Owner
Master Teacher, NCPT®
Body Harmonics® Director of US Operations
It was through her own recovery from serious injuries resulting from a car accident that Holly discovered the rehabilitative power of Pilates and functional movement. In 2008, Holly opened her practice in a clinical setting where she was able to apply her Pilates philosophy and education and to create highly effective movement and therapeutic exercise programs for those suffering from a wide range of conditions in every stage of life. Her collaborative approach with other Practitioners ensures the highest level of care for all clients. Here is Holly’s story.

Her clients say…
“Jaclyn is AWESOME…she’s the secret to keeping my body from being a stiff mess after working at my computer all week. After our sessions, I definitely feel the difference….I’m pretty sure I’m an inch or two taller!”
Jaclyn Burleigh, Studio Manager

Her passion for learning has given her the drive to complete 2 comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training programs as well as to earn 2 Advanced Specialist diplomas in Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics and Post-Rehabilitation.
Jaclyn specializes in back and hip pain, as well as helping people find strength in their posture and balance and eliminate their fear of falling.

Betsy Daley

Betsy has a Masters in Dance, and from her experience teaching creative dance to children became interested in working with children with special needs including those with autism and hearing impairments.
Betsy is an avid learner and is always pursuing more educational opportunities to complement her Body Harmonics Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training, as well as Advanced Specialist diplomas in Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics and Post-Rehabilitation, and an Active Aging Primary Specialty.

Her clients say…
“Sam is a perfect combination of being a great teacher, joyful of the movement and fun at the same time.”
Samantha Matsumoto
Pilates Teacher
Samantha’s passion for movement began at a young age with dance. Through dance, Samantha was introduced to Pilates and began to understand movement from a more functional perspective.
In addition to pursuing her Master’s in Dance, she began her Pilates teacher training in 2018 and her journey has brought relief to her own body as well as a deeper understanding of movement internally and externally.
Samantha enjoys helping others connect with movement by helping to relieve aches and pains of past injuries, stand taller with ease, and build strength so that they can move well through life.

Her clients say…
“Tricia is fantastic! She is warm and welcoming and knows exactly what I need to challenge me to discover what is possible for me and my body.“
Tricia Perkins
Pilates Teacher
Tricia was introduced to Pilates through injury rehabilitation. This transformative practice not only aided her recovery but also cemented the many benefits of mindful movement and body awareness.
To further her love for movement, she pursued her comprehensive Pilates training in the Body Harmonics method.
She is passionate about applying her knowledge of Pilates and movement to guide and support her clients, help them feel better in their bodies, and unlock their full potential through movement.
