The Body Harmonics® Teacher Training Program provides 650+ Hour comprehensive curriculum that prepares each student for the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Certification exam.

In addition, Body Harmonics® offers the most extensive list of Continuing Education courses, and Advanced Specialist programs available to all Movement and Manual Practitioners.

Body HarmonicsĀ® Pilates Teacher Training Program incorporates a complete curriculum of Classical and Contemporary methods, while providing each student with a thorough understanding of functional anatomy, biomechanics, and current movement science.


The program includes 3 levels that may be completed individually or as a comprehensive teacher training program as follows:

Level 1: Pilates Mat - 120 Hrs 

Level 2: Pilates Reformer - 270 Hrs
(Level 1: Mat and Level 2: Reformer may be completed together. Save $800!)

Level 3: Pilates Cadillac, Chair, Springboard/Tower & Barrels - 240 Hrs

This program meets all requirements of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), and prepares each student to sit for the PMA exam.
