Perfect for anyone that works in the field of movement education, exercise or manual therapy, our Specialist programs help deepen your expertise. We offer three Specialist programs for you to choose from: Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics, Post-Rehab and Diverse Populations. Each one focuses on strategies that help clients of all ages and abilities make meaningful and lasting changes toward moving optimally and naturally.
No previous Pilates experience is necessary. We strongly recommend that you speak with Holly Wallis, Program Director before starting a Specialist program to determine the best way to proceed.
We recommend that you take three to five years to complete the required credits and apply the learned concepts.
