Abigail is an amazing talent who has completed the Body Harmonics Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program on all apparatus. In addition to her passion for movement, Abigail is also currently working towards her degree in Psychology, then will move into a post-graduate program. She is incredibly bright with a keen eye, and skill for piecing together the complexities of human movement. A former dancer, Abigail understands the challenges of recovery after injury.
