The BODY HARMONICS® Teacher Training Program provides the 450-hour minimum requirement of Comprehensive curriculum that prepares each student for the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Certification exam.

In addition, BODY HARMONICS® offers the most extensive list of Continuing Education courses, and Advanced Specialist programs available to all Movement and Manual Practitioners.

BODY HARMONICSĀ® Pilates Teacher Training Program incorporates a complete curriculum of Classical and Contemporary methods, while providing each student with a thorough understanding of functional anatomy, biomechanics, and current movement science.


The program includes 3 courses that may be completed individually or as a comprehensive training program. The diploma courses include:
