Abigail is an amazing talent who has completed her Body Harmonics Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification. In addition to her passion for movement, Abigail is also currently working towards her degree in Kinesiology, then will move into a post-graduate Physical Therapy program. She is incredibly bright with a keen eye, and skill for piecing together the complexities of human movement. A former dancer, Abigail understands the challenges of recovery after injury.
