Ashley Bess

Pilates Teacher

Ashley began her Pilates career in 2014 and earned her initial certification through Pilates V in San Jose. She has since completed her comprehensive training through the Body Harmonics Teacher Training program, as well as a number of additional movement and biomechanics-focused continuing education courses as she works towards her Advanced Specialist diploma. 

As a movement educator, Ashley strives to help clients experience Pilates as more than a set of exercises, but as an opportunity to inhabit and experience their own body. Harnessing the power of Pilates to recondition movement patterns, make lasting postural changes, and work towards a pain free and healthy life. She is passionate about helping people move and feel better.
